Alice in Wonderland
By Lewis Carroll
FEB 4-6, 2019
ABOUT THE PLAY
The Falcon's Eye closes its twelfth season with our own adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. Alice's story takes a sharp turn as she falls down the rabbit hole into the dark and mysterious Wonderland. The Falcon's Eye Theatre presents Lewis Carroll's fairy tale of the absurd in this exuberant, funny and strikingly pertinent production.

WHAT TO PREPARE
OPEN MONOLOGUE AUDITION
You MUST prepare a monologue that is no more than 60 seconds long from any play. This monologue should best portray the actor's strengths and can be of any genre. The monologue must be memorized.
Those who are called back will be given readings from the text. Therefore it is advised to be familiar with the story of Alice in Wonderland.
HEADSHOT AND RESUME
These are requested, though not required. Bring 8x10 headshot and a resume outlining training and acting experience.
What a pleasure to have around fifty people audition! With such a bounty of enthusiastic and generous talent, it was very difficult to choose a manageable number of actors for our production. Rebecca will certainly argue that even this is far from a manageable number of actors for our small program. Thank you very much to everyone willing to share their time with Alice in Wonderland. Below is the cast list.
YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL to our stage manager Ashley indicating whether you ACCEPT or DECLINE your casting. email@example.com
First rehearsal is MONDAY FEBRUARY 11 at 6:30 pm in the Drama Lab (the room you auditioned in).
Please bring your full calendar of conflicts. Please also bring your student ID number for Los Rios (if you have one).
We will provide scripts for our Monday rehearsal.
